HSG TX3R Automatic Loading for Structural Profiles
The HSG TX3R cuts tube and open structural profiles, but automatic loading compatibility should be confirmed separately for each required profile and stock presentation.

HSG’s August 24, 2026 U.S. milestone creates a broader support context for TS2 tube-laser users, but it does not replace disciplined shop-side preparation. Machine identity, alarm evidence, job conditions, maintenance history, and safe access information still determine how useful the first support response can be.
A new automated tube laser should enter the maintenance program as a complete tube-processing cell, not as a laser source with a few add-ons. The loader, chucking, cutting head, cooling, filtration, controls, records, and service plan all influence whether the added capacity remains productive.
The HSG TL3 PRO may reduce waiting before tube bending through a broad published tube envelope, floating chuck support, and parallel loading, but the full cut-to-bend gain depends on downstream tooling, identification, data flow, and bending capacity.
