Description

The RYTECH CORE Hydraulic Performance Press Brake is engineered to deliver dependable accuracy, proven reliability, and exceptional value for everyday sheet metal bending applications. Built with heavy-duty construction and intelligent CNC technology, the RYTECH CORE helps fabricators improve productivity while maintaining consistent, repeatable bending performance.

The CNC System, powered by the DELEM DA-53TX, combines intuitive touchscreen programming with advanced visualization to simplify setup and reduce programming time. Features include numerical programming, extensive part storage, multi-axis machine control, CNC crowning control, and USB and network connectivity. Additional DELEM control configurations are available for shops requiring more advanced programming capabilities.

The Reflex Deflection Compensation System minimizes frame deflection to improve bending stability and consistency across a wide range of applications. Working alongside it, the Wave Style Mechanical Crowning System automatically calculates and applies compensation based on bending load to maintain precise, reliable bending performance.

The Precision Backgauge delivers fast, accurate, and repeatable positioning through a rack-and-pinion drive, dual linear guide rails, and heavy-duty backgauge fingers. Standard X and R axes provide dependable positioning, while additional multi-axis configurations are available for more complex fabrication requirements.

For efficient setup and tooling changes, the Quick Change Tooling System features European-style quick-release upper clamping, vertical tool loading and unloading, and durable lower die clamping. The Integrated Safety System combines laser safety protection, dedicated safety PLC controls, side and rear guarding, and triple-point hydraulic monitoring to enhance operator protection.

Available in 16 tonnage and bending-length configurations, the RYTECH CORE can be customized with optional 3D offline programming, hydraulic tool clamping, sheet followers, laser projection, LED backgauge guidance, upgraded DELEM CNC controls, and the HAWE ePrAX Hybrid Dual Servo Hydraulic System to meet a wide range of production requirements.
