The RYTECH CORE Hydraulic Performance Press Brake is engineered to provide dependable accuracy, proven reliability, and exceptional value for everyday sheet metal bending applications. Its heavy-duty construction combines with intelligent CNC technology to help fabricators increase productivity while maintaining consistent bending performance.

At the center of the RYTECH CORE is the RYControlâ„¢ CNC System, powered by the DELEM DA-53TX. The touchscreen control provides numerical programming, extensive part storage, multi-axis machine control, CNC crowning control, and USB and network connectivity. Additional DELEM control configurations are available for shops requiring more advanced programming and visualization capabilities.

The RYFrameâ„¢ Deflection Compensation System minimizes frame deflection to improve bending stability and consistency across a wide range of applications. RYCrownâ„¢ WILA-Style Mechanical Crowning automatically compensates based on bending load, while the RYGaugeâ„¢ Precision Backgauge provides fast, accurate, and repeatable part positioning with standard X and R axes.

For faster setup and tooling changes, the RYLockâ„¢ Quick Change Tooling System features European-style quick-release upper tool clamping and vertical tool loading and unloading. Operator protection is provided by the RYSafeâ„¢ Integrated Safety System, combining laser safety protection, dedicated safety PLC controls, side and rear guarding, and triple-point hydraulic monitoring.

Available in multiple tonnage and bending-length configurations, the RYTECH CORE can be tailored to a wide variety of fabrication requirements. Optional technologies including 3D offline programming, hydraulic tool clamping, sheet followers, laser projection, LED backgauge guidance, expanded multi-axis backgauges, upgraded DELEM CNC controls, and a hybrid dual-servo hydraulic system allow fabricators to configure the machine around their production needs.
