The RYTECH AMP Servo-Electric Press Brake is engineered for fabricators who demand precision, efficiency, and reliable production performance. Unlike conventional hydraulic press brakes, the AMP utilizes the RYDriveâ„¢ Electric Servo System and RYMotionâ„¢ Precision Ball Screw Technology to provide accurate, high-speed ram movement without the complexity of a traditional hydraulic system. The result is an oil-free, energy-efficient machine designed to increase productivity while reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs.

At the heart of the AMP is the RYFrameâ„¢ O-Structure, a closed-frame architecture engineered to provide superior rigidity and stability compared with conventional C-frame press brake designs. The O-shaped structure distributes bending forces more evenly throughout the machine, reducing frame deflection while maintaining accuracy across the working area. Its design also eliminates traditional throat-depth limitations within the working area.

RYMotionâ„¢ Precision Ball Screw Technology provides smooth, high-speed ram movement with excellent accuracy and repeatability while reducing vibration, mechanical wear, and operating noise. RYDropâ„¢ Structural Compensation helps minimize load-induced structural deformation, while RYBalanceâ„¢ Ram Compensation Technology maintains ram parallelism during off-center and uneven loading to support consistent Y1/Y2 positioning and repeatable part quality.

The AMP also incorporates RYSafeâ„¢ Dual Brake Protection and the RYSafeâ„¢ FullGuard Enclosure for enhanced operator protection.
