The Profiilikeskus Oy Rectangular Downspout and Elbow Roll Forming Machine is engineered for fast, precise production of 3” x 4” rectangular downspouts and elbow components. Designed for roofing and rainwater system manufacturers, this all-in-one solution integrates straight pipe forming, elbow forming, and end crimping into one automated machine platform. The system processes 26-gauge DX52 and DX53 steel and delivers production speeds up to approximately 147 ft/min while producing up to 500 elbows per hour.
The machine features an easy-to-use programmable touchscreen control system capable of storing up to 100 product programs with programmable lengths in both inches and millimeters. Hydraulic post-cutting and crimping systems provide accurate finishing, while the integrated elbow forming section allows production of standard A1, A2, B1, and Bs elbows with multiple bending angles including 45°, 60°, and 90°. A servo-driven chain system ensures smooth, reliable forming performance, making this line an efficient solution for continuous downspout production operations.
