Precision Steel Systems started with a team of seasoned steel fabricators who saw a gap nobody was filling. Layout for railings and miscellaneous metals was still done by hand, one tape pull at a time. The PLS-624 is their answer. It’s a dedicated layout system that cuts layout labor drastically, so your shop gets more done with the people it already has.
From CAD to Layout, Fast
The system comes with Mach-Motion software preloaded on the controller and a SheetCam license for nesting. Your detailers clean up the railing drawings in CAD, SheetCam nests them, and the PLS-624 lays them out full-scale. Every part comes out the same, every time.
Easy to Install, Easy to Own
There’s no special power drop and no electrical contractor. The entire machine runs off a single 110V outlet. Our team handles two days of onsite setup and training, so your crew is productive from day one. Every system also ships with a complete maintenance and cleaning kit, so you have everything you need to keep it running from the start.
