The Stefa LCAS 1.5 is a cut-to-length line featuring longitudinal slitting and transverse cutting capabilities. Longitudinal cutting is performed through penetration of rotating knives, with vertical movement of the slitting shaft controlled by wheels equipped with millimeter indicators for precise adjustment.
The rotary knives are adjusted by free positioning and secured with an easy lock system by screw. The slitting area is protected by a metallic door with a safety sensor. The system is also equipped with a mechanical shear capable of cutting up to 1.5 mm thickness, safeguarded by photoelectric barriers.
