Prodatalog Performance Tracking
A web-based interface for productivity tracking and quality control. Managers can access welding data, performance information, and weld reports from virtually anywhere.
Workflow Software Compatibility
Compatible with MSUITE, STRATUS, and PypeServer. The system can receive weld IDs, load the correct welding program, report completion, and send weld data back to the shop tracking platform.
Simple Operator Interface
Large centered welding image, live welding parameters, program selection, operator login, and guided torch positioning help simplify setup and daily operation.
Fully Integrated Rail System
The welding carriage, rotators, and pipe stands share a common rail system for repeatable alignment, controlled torch position, reduced setup time, and cleaner cable management.
Flexible Welding Programs
Built-in program tools support carbon steel and stainless pipe sizes, accelerate WPS qualification, and allow specialized recipes to be developed with remote expert support.
Quality Control Insight
PerfectPass-iQ generates weld-level data and reports that document pipe preparation, welding conditions, and overall weld quality scores.

CORE SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Dual Welding Torches and Wire Feeders
One torch performs open-root-pass butt welds and the second performs fill passes. Root passes use GMAW; fill options include GMAW, FCAW, MCAW, and optional SAW.
Robotized Torch Manipulator
Self-positions in seconds, uses LED vision for torch alignment, and controls penetration while adjusting welding parameters during the weld.
Proprietary Rail System
Factory preassembled and aligned. The system can be leveled for shop-floor conditions and allows the welding carriage and optional fume extractor to move along the rail.
Engineered Pipe Stands
Hydraulic height adjustment, heavy-duty idler rolls, and rail-guided movement help maintain proper alignment and safer handling.
High-Torque Rotators
Self-aligned design, 0.2–1.9 rpm operating range, 3,000 lb load capacity, and 50,000 lb-in maximum torque.
